Mari (Akiko Kikuchi) leaves her job as a stage designer in Tokyo and returns to her hometown. There, she opens a small store selling ice flakes with syrup which she enjoys herself. Mari runs the store with Hajime-chan (Azusa Mine) who has a large burn scar on her face.
