A crazed inventor intends to sacrifice millions of children as part of a massive Druid ceremony. To achieve this, he produces the immensely popular 'Silver Shamrock' line of Halloween masks. Each mask contains a tiny chip which, when activated by a particular television signal, will kill the wearer in a most disgusting fashion. When children all over the world sit down to watch the Silver Shamrock advertisement, terror and panic will spread.
