Molly is struggling with being a new mom and she confides in her new friend Beth that she's been having 'emotional issues' since the birth of her child. Beth comforts Molly in saying that she, too, has had the same problems. But it turns out that Beth is seriously disturbed and suffers from something more than postpartum depression.
