The movie follows the story of four seventh grade preteens who rule their exclusive New York girl's school with their powerful clique known as the Pretty Committee. But the leader's life takes an unexpected turn when her parents friends' daughter, who moves into the Block's guest house with ther parents, and threatens to undermine the her position of the clique.
